Bad days are real.
They will happen.
They choose their own frequency.
Sometimes you have 4 bad days in a month
And sometimes a month worth of bad days in a week
Accept it.
But also know that bad days don’t last forever.
Enjoy the bad days
Know that tomorrow is a brand new day.
